For our client we design 4 storey office building and   7 units workshop halls. This will be a second stage of the whole investment. First stage was design by our company few years ago for the Swiss company Erowa. That’s why the new building is functionally and  aesthetically responding to the existing one. Hantech Engineering, which belongs to EROWA-Group, in the new building will developing theirs activity in providing wide range of metal cutting production of individual parts for industrial, advise about supporting processes, assembly, transport and quotation. The hall building is flexible, it’s contain of 7 similar workshops units, that can be join or work as a separate work area. The office building will be the new headquarters for the company. Building is designed in high standards using good quality building materials and claddings. Whole building will be constructed from precast structure. Building will be using the ground source heat as an ecological source of energy.
