A single-family house amid villa-style development in Wrocław’s Grabiszynek district. The building stands on the site of a demolished pre-war house. Despite its modern form and considerable size, the volume and scale were adapted to the neighboring houses, and the brick facade echoes, in its coloring, the lime plaster on the surrounding buildings.

In our view, the strength of this project lies in the traditional brick facade, the modern aluminum joinery, and the consistency with which the facade was composed. The interior design, as well as the facade concept, was created in collaboration with Zuzanna Róg of the JASTAA studio.
