Four buildings — two residential and two utility — for two different investors.

Four buildings — two residential and two utility — for two different investors. Despite differences in program and size among the vacation homes, the buildings’ consistent character forms a cohesive whole while still letting each keep its own identity. Natural materials, the absence of fences, and the layout of the buildings let them blend into the foothill landscape.
