Ułańska, Leszno

The plot is located in a built-up part of the city of Leszno, which called for a careful, considered integration into the existing development and aesthetic restraint.

The plot is located in a built-up part of the city of Leszno, which called for a careful, considered integration into the existing development and aesthetic restraint. An additional challenge came from the 1970s multi-family buildings adjoining the plot’s boundaries. The plot sits at the edge of the existing development, on the site of a low pavilion that had stood unused for years. The new building blends into the existing urban fabric. Pedestrians will still be able to pass through the site unimpeded, just as before.

On this small plot, we designed a 5-story multi-family building. The small number of apartments guarantees an intimate atmosphere for future residents. The ground floor houses garages with independent doors and a room for residents’ bicycles or strollers. Additional parking spaces for residents have been provided on the client’s own plot. Besides light shades of gray and white render, the facade will feature clinker tile elements and wood-colored panels.
