This is yet another project in the center of Leszno. Even though it’s on the same street, the whole scheme is completely different from our last project there. The designed building, together with the converted old sewing factory — where the apartments will be somewhat larger than the currently fashionable micro-apartments — will form a new residential complex.

Together with a public pedestrian route planned jointly with the city, an urban space will be created that may mark the beginning of further changes. An underground garage beneath the pedestrian route is already under construction.
