Set back in the second row of development, the building was designed from the outset to hide among the existing houses.

Set back in the second row of development, the building was designed from the outset to hide among the existing houses. A single-story volume with a fantastic atrium on the garden side provides a private space despite the small plot and dense surrounding development. Life in this house revolves around the internal courtyard, which becomes the house’s natural center.

Glazing blurs the boundary between inside and outside, inviting in plenty of light and color and allowing daily contact with the changing seasons. A sheltered terrace opening onto the garden, thanks to oversized glazing, visually enlarges the large, centrally located kitchen with dining and living areas.
