The building sits in the second row of development, reached via a private access road that has become heavily overgrown with greenery in recent years, making it almost invisible from the street.

The building sits in the second row of development, reached via a private access road that has become heavily overgrown with greenery in recent years, making it almost invisible from the street. The house is surrounded by mature trees, which further emphasizes its intimate character.

On the south side, there is an extensive terrace area, designed to provide maximum privacy. A prefabricated concrete frame defines the outdoor terrace, which, thanks to large sliding glass panels, connects with the interior of the house, blurring the boundaries between the indoor and outdoor zones during the summer.
