A single-story single-family house completed in 2018, located in the western part of Wrocław.

A single-story single-family house completed in 2018, located in the western part of Wrocław. Starting from the clients’ brief and a model they built themselves out of LEGO bricks, the design was discussed and revised many times, eventually evolving into a version that combines all their requirements in the form of a single-story bungalow made up of two volumes intersecting at right angles.

The volume containing the bedrooms and other rooms disappears beneath the overhanging roof of the main wing, which protects the living area from excessive sun exposure. Eventually the plot is meant to be planted with trees, so the view seen in the visualization will take a few years to materialize. Construction is set to start this spring, and we’re rubbing our hands together in anticipation of a successful build.
