Kaszmirowe Estate, Wrocław

The Kaszmirowe Estate — that's the name the developer gave to the development we designed — is an intimate single-family housing scheme in the northern part of Wrocław's Maślice district.

The Kaszmirowe Estate — that’s the name the developer gave to the development we designed — is an intimate single-family housing scheme in the northern part of Wrocław’s Maślice district.

Along an internal pedestrian route, we placed a cluster of semi-detached houses inspired by the pre-war residential development built in the western part of Wrocław, with the steep roofs covered in red tile characteristic of that period. The development comprises 30 semi-detached buildings in three building types, an internal shared pedestrian-and-vehicle route, and a playground.
