Inbras, Inowrocław

The Inbras headquarters is a production-and-office building. The building consists of a 1,053 m² production hall and a 516 m² social/office section forming the building’s front. The facade, especially on the Poznańska Street side, was shaped homogeneously, blurring the functional divisions and creating, on the western and southern sides, a unified volume with a horizontal band of glazing running the full length of the elevation. The front facade, kept within a modular grid of divisions, is broken up by a distinctive dark-navy recess marking the entrance zone.

The office building’s volume screens the internal courtyard and maneuvering yard. Besides sandwich panels, the facade uses aluminum joinery, fiber-cement boards, and translucent multi-wall polycarbonate panels, complemented by navy-blue render and wood-look HPL panels. The building is equipped with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, LED lighting, an energy-efficient boiler room and heating units, and structural cabling together with an electronic control, access, and monitoring system.
