For our client, we designed a 4-storey office building and workshop halls made up of 7 units.

For our client, we designed a 4-storey office building and workshop halls made up of 7 units. This is the second stage of the overall investment. The first stage was designed by our company a few years ago for the Swiss company Erowa. That’s why the new building responds to the existing one both functionally and aesthetically. In the new building, Hantech Engineering — part of the EROWA Group — will develop its activity providing a wide range of metal-cutting production of individual parts for industry, along with advice on supporting processes, assembly, transport, and quotation.

The hall building is flexible — it consists of 7 similar workshop units that can be joined together or operate as separate work areas. The office building will be the company’s new headquarters. The building is designed to a high standard, using good-quality building materials and cladding. The whole building will be built from a precast structure. The building will use ground-source heat as an ecological energy source.
