The prefabricated reinforced concrete hall has been functionally adapted to serve customers seeking sales support and technical service for CNC machines, providing service technicians with the necessary spare parts warehouse in addition to the workshop, staff facilities, and a service and delivery zone. The hall, constructed using prefabricated elements, is prepared for expansion, and both the design and construction incorporated solutions minimizing the building’s environmental impact through the use of heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, and a green roof that retains rainwater.

Interior of the assembly hall with an orange ABUS 10t overhead crane, storage racks, a mezzanine, and parts trolleys at the workstations. Entrance to the Tornos hall sheltered by a steel canopy above the concrete facade panels, glazed doors, and a person walking, with the parking lot and trees in the background.
