Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Service

This privacy and cookie policy describes the rules for handling personal data and the use of cookies and other technologies within the website.

The website administrator is: Artur Toboła, operating a business under the name Grid Architekci, 51-011 Wrocław, ul. Jarocińska 59.

Definitions

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

  • Administrator – Artur Toboła – Grid Architekci
  • Website – the website available at https://grid.net.pl/
  • User – any entity that uses the Website.

Personal Data

  • The User may provide their personal data to the Administrator using forms available on the Website, such as the contact form.
  • The Administrator is the controller of the User’s personal data.
  • Data provided to the Administrator through the application or contact form is processed in order to fulfill the request submitted by the User.
  • Data provided to the Administrator through the contact or application form is processed in order to respond to the User.
  • The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to it.
  • Providing data is always voluntary, but necessary for the User to take the action for which the given form is intended.
  • The Administrator does not share the data provided to it with any third parties.
  • Personal data is collected with due diligence and appropriately protected against access by unauthorized persons.
  • The User has the following rights:
    • the right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject, its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
    • the right to object to processing,
    • the right to data portability,
    • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously given such consent,
    • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator.

Cookies

The Administrator uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored on the User’s end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies may be read by the Administrator’s IT system.

The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s end device and then accesses the information contained in them for statistical purposes, marketing purposes (remarketing, abandoned cart recovery), and to ensure the Website functions properly.

The Administrator hereby informs the User that it is possible to configure the web browser in a way that prevents the storage of cookies on the User’s end device.

The Administrator hereby indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after being saved by the Administrator, using the appropriate functions of the web browser, dedicated programs, or the appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

Other Technologies

The Administrator hereby informs the User that it uses the following technologies to track actions taken by the User within the Website:

  • Facebook conversion pixel – for managing Facebook ads and conducting remarketing activities,
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Ads tracking code – for analyzing Website statistics, conducting remarketing activities, and managing advertisements.

Server Logs

  • Using the Website involves sending requests to the server on which the Website is hosted.
  • Every request sent to the server is recorded in the server logs. The logs include, among other things, the User’s IP address, the server date and time, and information about the web browser and operating system used by the User.
  • Logs are recorded and stored on the server.
  • Data recorded in the server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the Website and is not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
  • Server logs are solely auxiliary material used for administering the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server.
