For over twenty years, regardless of the scale of the commission, we have strived to create good space and architecture.
We support investors throughout the entire process — from concept sketches to completed realization. Together with a team of experienced designers, we create projects that delight future users and are appreciated by the architectural community and trade press. Consistency and attention to detail have resulted in many realizations; as the first Polish team, we received 1st Prize in the international Europan competition.

Single-family houses, renovations and extensions, holiday homes — from the first conversation about the plot to handover.

Public Investments
A partner in delivering public investments. We work with local governments, designing public buildings, modern urban spaces, and heritage revitalizations. We also prepare PFU (Functional-Utility Programs), laying a solid foundation for effective project delivery.

Commercial Buildings
We create and support your investments from initial analyses and concepts through to a completed production, logistics, or administrative building.
